From high-end condominiums to non-profit housing for seniors, HM is able to meet the needs of our diverse clientele. Our current work in the New York area includes a $90 million contract with the New York City Housing Authority for housing complexes in all five boroughs, luxury high-rise condominiums in Battery Park City, and exclusive loft apartments in midtown Manhattan and TriBeCa.
From pedestrian and vehicular security upgrades to waterfront park improvements, HM is involved in a wide variety of parks and streetscape improvement projects. Our current work in the New York area includes 2 contracts with the NYC Economic Development Corporation totaling $125 million for waterfront properties in Manhattan and Brooklyn and a second contract with the Battery Park City Authority Parks Conservancy for Lower Manhattan.
90th Street Pier
Part of multi-site waterfront project along the East River to include new pier construction and related site improvements as part of the East River Greenway valued at $25 million. An additional $100 million contract was awarded for waterfront properties in Brooklyn.
