Client: Toll Brothers RD Management L&M Equity Designer: FX Fowle Architects Value: $100 million
Anchored on Williamsburg’s revitalized waterfront, Hudson Meridian Construction Group has been contracted as the Construction Manager for this 32-story, luxuriously equipped tower residence featuring 271 high-end condominiums. This $100 million project required extensive structural redesign due to complicated site conditions including a high water table and contaminated soil as the site was an old railroad yard.
The foundation is poured in place reinforced concrete featuring a glass window wall exterior allowing each residence floor-to-ceiling windows. Amenities abound in this building including on-site parking, rooftop terrace, extensive gardens, residents’ storage, and fitness room.
Project Highlights:

In addition, an extensive dewatering system featuring culverts, custom filtering machines and recirculation systems was needed.
Soil Remediation – Required as the site was an old railroad yard.
Kitchen – Polished quartzite countertops, glass backsplashes, and fine wood cabinets with etched glass details, high-end appliances such as Sub Zero® refrigerators and Thermador® ovens & cook tops.
