the Mason Mint building, designed by Lee Harris Pomeroy, will be retained
and refurbished.
Project Highlights:

- New Siberian Oak hardware flooring is being imported from Russia
for all apartments.
- The Master Bath includes custom teak vanities, Calcutta gold marble wall tiles, custom medicine cabinets with mirror panels, glacier glass white shower tiles, Kohler Stillness bathroom fixtures, Neptune freestanding white bathtub, and polished stone vanity counter tops
- The lobby furniture, concierge desk, and accent walls are being constructed with refurbished wood that was demolished from within
the factory.
