Hudson Meridian Construction Group initially provided pre-construction services for this 188,000 sq. ft., 156-unit luxury condominium building. Pre-construction services included value engineering of the foundation system and value engineering and redesign of the total window system, saving the client in excess of $2,000,000. Subsequently, Hudson Meridian was
awarded the Construction Management contract.
The execution of this project included complicated site logistics due to an uncooperative adjacent property, requiring a cantilevered construction platform in order to complete the superstructure. The building features an underground parking garage and high-end finishes including solid cherry
or walnut entry doors as well as terraces and balconies in the majority of
the spaces.
