Hudson Meridian Construction Group is the Construction Manager for this seven-story high-end residential building featuring 50 luxury condominiums and a first floor parking garage.  The exterior of this 62,000 sq. ft. project will feature a brick façade with decorative aluminum railings and a Kalwall
curtain wall system.  The building is constructed with load bearing
masonry and pre-cast concrete plank.

Complicated site logistics included extensive soil remediation, complicated underpinning to the building next door and navigating construction around
a 350 lb. high pressure distribution gas line running along one side of the project.
