Hudson Meridian is the Construction Manager for this new six-story building featuring 114 loft residences, as well as nine three-story townhouses, each with three bedrooms and two and half baths. This high-end project includes luxury amenities and top-of-the line finishes such as 10-ft ceilings, oversized windows, grassed backyards, terraces, rooftop cabanas, indoor pool and enclosed private parking spaces.

The building features a brick exterior façade and is constructed with load bearing masonry and pre-cast concrete plank. Project challenges include navigating construction around a 350 lb high pressure distribution gas line running along two sides of the project.
