Hudson Meridian was selected by the New York City Economic Development Corporation to manage the construction of this new facility. This fast paced project needed to be completed in 12 months and Hudson Meridian met the challenge bringing the project in on time and on budget. Managing multiple phases and holding multiple GC and MEPS sub-contracts Hudson Meridian was able to masterfully procure, award and execute these contracts based on schedule requirements. After receipt of the Certificate of Occupancy the EVP at the NYCEDC said “extraordinary success, congratulations to all, and thank you.”
