- Working with local government to obtain necessary entitlements, tax incentives building approvals
- Project feasibility and underwriting
- Pre-construction and pre-development
- Sourcing equity and debt to complete project capitalization
- Overseeing strategic partners to lease and manage projects or execute a required sales plan
- Hold long-term or opportunistically exit
