Located in New Haven, Connecticut, this project is steps from the Yale Science Center and bike path to the Yale College campus.  201 Munson Street is a 489,000 sf project consisting of 398 apartments and townhome units, 21 three-story townhouses with covered and uncovered two-car garages.  This project also includes 20,000 sf amenities building, bicycle parking and storage units.  The property is 13-acres and is approved for a total 950 apartments. Hudson Meridian is acting as both builder and developer for this project.
