Hudson Meridian is the Construction Manager for the ocean front mixed-use rental development in Coney Island, Brooklyn. The two towers include 21 stories, 426 residential units and retail space. The towers will rise to a height of 221 feet offering a combined 480,000 square feet of space, giving approximately 24,000 square feet for retail use on the ground floor. The three level parking garage will have 308 parking spots, with residential amenities that include a business center, two rooftop terraces, two tenant lounges, a fitness center, a supermarket, drug store and a restaurant on the boardwalk. The modern albeit conservative design is composed of primarily glass façade trimmed in white between floors.
