CM Related Services in Connection with Marine Transfer Station & Composting Renovation & Rehabilitation Projects

5-year Marine Transfer Stations CM contract with the Department of Sanitation, New York (DSNY). HM’s public sector division have completed management of a tipping floor project at the North Shore Marine Transfer Station in Flushing NY. The second work order awarded includes a composting facility in Staten Island.  Phase I includes the construction of a building onsite to house the equipment to ‘bag’ compost created onsite.

Phase II of this project  will include $17- Million dollars of GC work to construct the mulch facilities. In addition, HM is currently  participating in the preconstruction tasks for Dredging and pier repairs at the DSNY recycling facility at Pier 99 at W59th St on the west side of Manhattan. This project includes dredging the terminal for clear access for tugs and barges and maintenance construction along the North side of the Pier. This work is currently scheduled to commence work in late spring.
