Richard Cote, CCM, Assoc. DBIA is the Executive Vice President at Hudson Meridian leading the public sector division. Richard brings more than 30 years of expertise in project management, facility operations, and construction. His extensive knowledge spans project development, planning, and execution. As a seasoned construction and facilities manager, he has successfully overseen hundreds of millions of dollars in construction projects throughout his career.

In his role as Executive Vice President, Richard leads the public sector division, which encompasses all waterfront and infrastructure projects in New York City.

Additionally, Richard is a retired military officer who served in the United States Army in various capacities since 1982. He currently holds the rank of Lieutenant Colonel in the Retired Reserve.
