Edward Cardinal Egan Pavilion

New 43,000-square-foot senior living/nursing home and medical facility residence built on the campus of what is now known as the John Cardinal O’Connor Clergy Residence, overlooking the Hudson River in Riverdale. The suites for each priest is approximately 480 square feet. Each suite includes a sitting area, a bedroom and a bathroom.  It is designed to accommodate 34 priests with suite-style living quarters. Along with a kitchen and large dining room on the second floor, which opens to an outdoor deck, other amenities include a chapel and a parlor on the first floor as well as sunrooms on the second and third floors.  With the addition of the Cardinal Egan Pavilion, the two facilities on the property have room to accommodate approximately 60 retired priests.
